What are the lashes made out of?
The lashes are made of a synthetic material especially designed to bond to a human eyelash if used with the appropriate bonding agent. These are the authentic, highly acclaimed, professional grade lashes, adhesive, and remover. 3D eyelashes are superior because they are coated with a special coating that gives them more surface area which in turn creates a bigger area for the bonding agent and your natural lash to adhere to. Imitation products have been tested and they simply don't last.  In addition, 3D eyelashes have what is called a  "j curl"----the most natural looking style of synthetic eyelashes in the market today.   Human hair or silk lashes are not used because the synthetic lashes have proven to be more durable. 

How long will they last?   
You can shower, swim or spa, worry free.  When properly applied and properly cared for, lash extensions may last up to 4-6 weeks depending on your lashes and lifestyle.  Like your fingernails and the hair on your head, your individual eyelashes grow out on a continuous cycle of replenishment.

Extensions begin falling out at the end of the second week, which is why you need to go back for touch ups every 2-3 weeks if you want your extensions to look full and last. I have learned from our own experience that the more careful you  are when we wash your faces or rub your eyes, the longer the extensions last.

You can come as often as you like for retouches.  Most clients get re-lashed at about 3 weeks after the initial application.

Are eyelash extensions for everyone?
No. The lashes require some attention. You do not want to sleep on them wrong and you should not get them wet the first two days. Mascara can be worn but only if it is as well as any oil based makeup remover. But the good news is the lashes are so full and long that you will look fabulous without makeup.
